| William David Boerner |
Bill Boerner graduated from Brookhaven High
School in 1967; Millsaps College with a B.A. in Political Science
in 1971; and from the University of Mississippi School of Law
in 1973. After graduating from law school, he worked for the
Mississippi Attorney General's office in the criminal division
from 1973 to 1974. In 1975, Bill began a private practice of
law in Brookhaven, Mississippi , and has practiced there ever
since.
Bill Boerner is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association;
the American Trial Lawyers Association; and the American
Bar Association. Bill is also a member of the Lincoln County
Bar Association, where he has served as the president, vice
president and secretary; as well as the local Kiwanis chapter,
where he has served as the president and district lieutenant
governor. |

| Bradley Russell Boerner |
Brad Boerner graduated from Brookhaven High
School in 1993; Millsaps College with a B.A. in Comparative
Religious Studies in 1997; and from the University of Mississippi
School of Law in 2000. After graduating from law school,
he worked for the Honorable Judge James E. Thomas of the
Mississippi Court of Appeals for two years. After working
for the Court of Appeals, Brad began practicing for a prominent
law firm in Jackson , Mississippi , where he worked until
moving to Brookhaven in 2003 to work with Bill Boerner.
Brad Boerner is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association;
the Lincoln County Bar Association; and the American Bar
Association. While in college, Brad was a member of Pi Kappa
Alpha Fraternity, where he served two terms as President,
one term as Risk Chairman, and two terms as a member of the
Executive Counsel. Currently, Brad is serving the Pi Kappa
Alpha chapter as their Alumni Advisor. Brad also recently
joined the local Kiwanis chapter in Brookhaven.
